This time, our rooms are on the second floor, and we are required to use an outdoor staircase every day to access our rooms, the pool, the gym, and breakfast. Given the cold winter weather and the length of our stay, this is less than ideal. This arrangement is not particularly considerate of returning customers. We have to wear our coats to get to breakfast every morning.
