About Cebgo

Cebgo (formally Tigerair Philippines and SEAir) is a low-cost carrier based at Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport, with a secondary hub at Clark International Airport. In Jun-2012, Tigerair acquired a 40% share of what was then regional carrier SEAir for USD7 million, prompting a change to a low-cost model. However, by Mar-2014, Tigerair had divested its 40% stake to the Cebu Pacific Group, allowing Cebu to wholly own the carrier. Tigerair Philippines was rebranded as Cebgo in May-2015.
